Returns & Refunds.

We do not offer you refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or the after the product has been received. We only offer refunds if the product is faulty or damaged. If the t has remained in the original product packaging and still hasn’t been used, then our team is happy to offer you an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for sending the product back and paying for postage charges, and we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Our policy for returns and refunds lasts for 14 days. If after 14 days you c to return or refund the item, we will no longer be able to process this for you.

For your refund or return to be processed and eligible, the product must not be used, it must not be open must be in the original packaging. The products also must include all the original packing materials, documents, and accessories.
